2337764 Primary Facility 2015-01-12 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted DEP inspected plugging of abandoned well on Penndot property. Yost drilling company set up on well. Yost opened well to 5200 feet. Gas was encountered at 1,400 feet. No other gas zones were encountered 9 5/8 inch pipe depth was 1460 feet. The remaining hole was open to bottom at 5,208 feet Wireline was run and was determined to set 6 cement plugs based on wireline results. In addition, the top 200 feet will be cemented with Class A cement and graded to Penndot specification at surface. At the time of inspection, no E&S issues were present at the site
