2682949 Primary Facility 2018-01-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection this well was not in production. The wellhead assembly all fittings and flow lines were tested for gas. The results of this testing was no gas was detected on the wellhead assembly or the well area.
2727326 Primary Facility 2018-05-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection this well was temp. shut in. There is a gathering system with separators(4),drips(4),meters(2) and three(3) waste / production tanks all in a containment hat this well flows into when its in production.
2856926 Primary Facility 2019-03-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection this well was an active producing well. The well is a tee (t) style fitting wellhead assembly that is approximately a 5" x 2" x 2" x 5" (sizes are diameters) in size. A hammer style fitting(a hammer is used to attach and tighten this fitting to a same size threaded fitting or pipe) is attached to the top of the wellhead and connects the wellhead to the pump jack. The hammer fitting is approximately a 5" x 2" fitting. An approximate 2" valve(shut) is connected to one side of the tee style wellhead and an approximate 2" valve (open) is connected to the other side of the tee style wellhead and is connected to a production/flow line leaving the well area and going into the ground. No violations noted at this inspection.
