The wellhead assembly all fittings and flow lines were tested with a gas meter. Results of this testing was no gas detected on the wellhead assembly or the well area.
2833146 Primary Facility 2019-01-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection this well appeared to be in production. Well is an approximate 10" casing out of the ground reduced to an approximate 7" casing that is threaded into the larger casing. Threaded onto the smaller casing is a tee (t) style fitting that is approximately 5" x 2" x 2". Out of one side of the tee fitting is an approximate 2" valve that is open. On the other side of the tee fitting is an approximate 2" valve that is attached to the flow/ production line that goes into the ground then goes to production equipment. No violations noted at this inspection.
