2221372 Primary Facility 2013-11-12 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted A routine partial inspection of the Fisk Hollow Pleasant Valley Pad A site in Pleasant Valley Township, Potter County was conducted on 11/12/13, 2013 in response to a Notice of Termination and Well Site Restoration Reports received by the Department. The FH1949 (105-21302) well has been plugged. Six other wells are in production. The site was determined to meet the requirements of 25 Pa Code §102.22(a)(2) (i) Permanent Stabilization at this time. A minimum uniform 70% perennial vegetative cover, with a density capable of resisting accelerated erosion and sedimentation was observed. Other areas are stabilized with stone. The Well Site Restoration Report will be approved at this time. The approval of the Notice of Termination will be recommended. No violations were cited during this inspection.
