2622351 Primary Facility 2017-08-01 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Inspection of the WH 41 conducted August 1, 2017. Rig is on location to plug well. At the time of inspection, rig was circulating on top of CIBP (already set before P&A @ 6150’) with weighted fluid in preparation for drillout tomorrow. I spoke with the Companyman and went over the procedure. No issues.
2624310 Primary Facility 2017-08-10 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Inspection of the WH 41 well conducted 8/9/17 at 2 pm. Rig is on location for plugging ops. I spoke with the driller, they loaded hole with mud, drilled out CIBP set in production casing ( 6150’) and just finished milling 10’ section in the 4 ½” casing near the productive interval (top perf @ 6293’) that way they can set a cement plug out to formation to isolate the productive interval. The crew was pulling out of hole with mill at the time of inspection. No obvious issues observed.
2627934 Primary Facility 2017-08-18 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Inspection of the WH 41 well conducted 8/18/17 at 12 pm. Rig is on location for plugging ops. I met with the Companyman to discuss operations on the pad. The rig section milled (6282’-6302’) and underreamed hole, planning to cement next week. 4 ½” is dead and drinking fluid overnight, backside builds ~36 PSI in day. Gas may be shallow; went over the CBL with the Companyman. There was little to no bonding indicated on the log above the DV tool (4352’). There may be potential to cut and pull 4 ½” based on freepoint and set balanced cement plugs out to formation across the shallow zones.
2630624 Primary Facility 2017-08-30 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Rig on location for P&A. C J well services rigged up to pump cement across window (6302'-6282') to isolate bottomhole. Pressure on tbg, cements circulated mud ~ 1 hr @ 2 bbl/min, over one hole volume to get tbg pressure under 25 PSI. Cementers pumped 7.5 bbls FW ahead, 4.6 bbls cmt, displaced slurry w/ 2.6 bbls FW and 17.5 bbls mud to balanced. Good returns throughout job. slurry samples taken. Slight vacuum on pump track release line reported, Rig pulled tbg out of hole, appeared balanced.
2635005 Primary Facility 2017-09-11 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Rig on location for P&A. Location vacant. TBG out of hole on pipe rack. Well is shut-in w/ 2 valves atop annular BOP. A-Section is open and venting. CIBP has been set in production csg above producing formation/window, capped w/cmt. Samples from cmt job 9/6 on location were set-up.
2637501 Primary Facility 2017-09-19 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Rig on location beginning to rig down equipment after P&A. Met w/ operator on location to evaluate well. Well was open at flange, checked w/ altair 5x gas meter, no gas detected. Backside was shut in but communicating w/ 4 1/2" because of surface cut below 10" ...4 1/2" was unrecoverable when lightweight cmt was noted behind 4 1/2" at surface. Backside reportedly dead since window was cut in 4 1/2" below 10" shoe. Operator set cement across window and squeezed window. Tagged cement above 10" shoe. No obvious issues observed.
2649119 Primary Facility 2017-10-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2773507 Primary Facility 2018-09-11 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted On September 11, 2018 at 11:55 am I attempted a routine inspection of this plugged storage (observation) well. The well was plugged at this time last year. I backed down the mountain at approximately 12:06 pm due to unfavorable conditions on the road up to location. Will inspect on later date.
2796089 Primary Facility 2018-10-25 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted A routine inspection of this plugged storage (observation) well was conducted October 25, 2018. The well was plugged approximately one year ago. At the time of inspection, the well has a 2" wellbore vent and one annular vent. No venting was observed at either vent. There were no open holes, discharges, or other obvious issues observed.
