There is a liner on site waiting to be placed in. Perimeter controls are in place; no E/S issues are noted on this site. The well permit is posted in a tree on the site.
2646086 Primary Facility 2017-10-11 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Rig just completed drilling @ 2775 ft. Will run water and clean hole tomorrow and pull drill steel. 7" surface casing was cemented and 8bbl. of cement were returned to surface. A pressure test was preformed on the casing shoe; 175 lbs pressure was held for 1/2hr with 6lbs loss. Pit and location are lined and all fluids are directed to pit.

2708682 Primary Facility 2018-03-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Operator has been undertaking spot stoning of roads in this area following spring thaw and drilling/stimulation of the wells. A 3/20 meeting was held with the operator and US Forest Service to discuss ways to build up roads and prevent erosion as well as to create better conditions for future development.

To that end, the operator has placed down spot stone near the lease tank battery and 3/21 placed down pit run stone near the culvert crossing below the #7 site. Temporary measures to prevent sediment from reaching waters below have also been taken. When weather conditions allow, further road work including shaping of roads and stoning will be done.

2796267 Primary Facility 2018-10-30 Site Restoration No Violations Noted This is a site restoration inspection following operator submission of a Well Site Restoration Report.

The operator has gotten vegetation growing on all disturbed areas. The pit has been filled in and vegetation is growing. BMPs are in place and appear to be functioning. This location is considered to be restored.
