2644600 Primary Facility 2017-10-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This is a recently drilled well. The operator has a 20 mil lined pit on site containing water and drill cuttings. This site is stable and has been seeded and mulched. The permit is hung in a tree on site.
2682498 Primary Facility 2018-01-16 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted They fraced this well yesterday and on the last zone they lost the rubber. They forgot to give notification and I gave them a verbal warning to ensure they give notice as it is a condition of the permit. They used a lined pit to contain fluids from the frac.
