2722994 Primary Facility 2018-04-25 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This is a recently drilled well that has a frac rig set up to stimulate the well soon. The operator has dug a shallow pit and placed a 20 mil liner into it for fluids/encapsulation. The area around this site is very wet and water levels in nearby spring runs are elevated above the bottom of this pit. No water was noted in the pit itself, but there is concern that water could enter at some point. The Operator was contacted and this issue was discussed.
2725339 Primary Facility 2018-05-02 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted They just finished fracing 7 stages on this well and are currently pulling pipe. They are using a lined pit to contain frac fluids.

The operator has filled the pit in and stabilized disturbed areas with seed and mulch. The site is slightly rutted but can be easily leveled off. No spills or leaks are noted. The well has been tagged.
2794411 Primary Facility 2018-10-25 Site Restoration No Violations Noted This is a site restoration inspection on the Lot 221 H50 location.
