Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1810286 Primary Facility 2009-06-29 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
2626755 Primary Facility 2017-08-16 Incident- Response to Accident or Event No Violations Noted This is a producing combination well with an electric powered pumpjack attached. The valves appeared to be opened. The site is stable and vegetated.

There is a tank site near this well containing three 210 barrel tanks. The middle of the three tanks developed a leak approximately 11 feet off the ground, allowing approximately 10 gallons of oil to leak out onto the ground before it was stopped. The operator noted the leak and emptied the tank before calling the Department. The oil leaked down into a low area within the battery where it collected on vegetation and rain water. The operator vacuumed the fluid out and flushed with fresh water the morning of 8/16. Vegetation will be removed and bagged up for disposal.

As this spill occurred within containment, no violations are noted.
