This well had a small leak at the well head and I met Snyder brothers employee who tightened the fitting that was leaking and stopped the leak. The complaint also showed a video of gas escaping from the top of a tank. There are no houses or inhabitants anywhere near this facility. I walked around the perimeter of the tank battery and could smell some gas but it was not detectable on my gas meter and no gas was detected at the well after tightening the fitting. I contacted the complainant with my findings. The regulation, 78.74 says " the venting of gas is to the atmosphere from a well is prohibited when the venting produces a hazard to the public health and safety".
