The Department recommended the site be cleaned up asap. The operator/rig manager cleaned up the hydraulic spill within the next few hours. The spill is believed to be less than one gallon because the contaminated soil and rock was equal to 1 barrel.
Violations noted but immediately corrected. The 78.66 violation was entered in error due to the spill being less than 5 gallons. |

This rig will move to the Mac Pad after completing this well. No violations were noted at time of inspection. |
