Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2814506 Primary Facility 2018-12-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Weather was 35° and cloudy at time of inspection. Met with Seneca representive Rod Mills on location. Rig was just moved onto the pad. Rig crews were in the process of setting up the derrick at time of inspection. Well cellars and conductor casing were set at time of inspection. Well was covered with a rig mat at time of inspection. No violations were noted at time of inspection.
2830165 Primary Facility 2019-01-22 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted On January 22, 2019 I conducted a routine (post-plugging) inspection of the DCNR 100 62H 50888 Original Borehole. The Original Borehole drilled under permit number 081-21719 was plugged and abandoned as part of a plug and skid event during the surface section of the hole due to complications running casing.

I met with the Companyman on location and walked to the well for inspection. The cellar was frozen and the well was not visible. There were two (1/4") steel vents extending above ground level, both labeled; one vent 20 x 13 3/8" and the other for inside 13 3/8" (wellbore vent). There was no audible or visible venting observed. No open holes or discharges were observed. No gas was detected with an Altair 5x gas meter at the mouth of each vent. No obvious issues were observed at this well at this time.
