Overall, the site looks good and no erosion was noted. This inspection fulfills the Pre-Operational inspection requirement of the O&G Act as amended by Act 13. No Violations Noted. |

I entered the location at 13:30 and began the inspection. At the time of the inspection, the three wells onsite (081-21430, 081-21440, and 081-21482) were covered with sheet metal. Conductor was set in 2014 and it appears no further drilling was ever initiated. The well site was in good condition and no E&S issues were observed. The site has no active well permits that have not been drilled. The PCSM/Restoration plans depict the well pad remaining at its originally constructed size and the installation of infiltration berms. Currently, the infiltration berms have not been installed. No Violations Noted. |
