Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2205615 Primary Facility 2013-09-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Pad under sonstruction, no vio. meets Pre-operational inspection requirement
2484066 Primary Facility 2016-05-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine Inspection; 5/11/2016.

I entered the location at 15:56 and began the inspection. The well pad was constructed in 2013 and no wells were ever drilled on the pad although the permit remains active. The entire cut slope is rock stabilized but the topsoil stockpile, berm on the fill slope, berm off the access road, and infiltration basin were all seeded but have very poor growth. Overall vegetation on the site is poor and erosion is noted into the basin on three sides. The pad is not constructed as permitted since a small expansion of the well pad on the southwest corner of the site is not shown on the plans yet this area is within the LOD. Japanese Knot Weed is also established along the rock-lined ditch on the northeast side of the well pad. I recommend eradicating the invasive species as soon as possible. I also recommend establishing vegetation, evaluating the expanded well pad area, and converting the Sedimentation Basin into a Stormwater Detention Basin. No Violations Noted.

2814214 Primary Facility 2018-12-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted No wells drilled. Well permit active. Expires 7/17/2019.
