Upon further investigation, Mr. Subra noted it appeared the sprayed material had flowed under the corner of the containment. Onsite personnel had already begun to remove the spilled flowback from containment (vacuum truck) and had roughly scraped the pad surface. The pad material that was removed has been stockpiled with other material awaiting sample results for disposal. A small sump/berm was constructed on the south side of containment and I collected a grab sample (3440198) from this location at 15:00.
