2481072 Primary Facility 2016-05-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Weather: foggy with misting rain. Arrived @ 09:30. Seven wells in a liner array. Each well had 3 stainless steel annular ¼”-diameter vent candy canes which were tagged. The 9-5/8” x 5-1/2” vents were shut-in with an in-line 0-300 psi analog gauge. Within the cellar, this annulus was also plumbed into a 2” flexible hose which linked each of the vents to a 2100-gallon poly tank. Methane gas was monitored with an Altair 5X gas meter calibrated on 04/27/16. No methane was detected at any of the vents. Methane concentrations at the vent on top of the polytank were 76% methane.

DCNR Tract 100 52H: cellar dry. Top gauge: 1616 psi (digital) 5-1/2” gauge: 1619 psi (digital) 9-5/8” x 5-1/2” gauge: 25 psi (analog).

2596085 Primary Facility 2017-05-18 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection of unconvnetional well in production. Well tag noted as incorrect. Reads 081-20998 and should read 081-20995. No violations noted a time of inspection.
2613488 Primary Facility 2017-07-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Weather: hot and sunny. Arrived @ 14:50. Seven wells total: Six wells capable of production and one plugged well. The 9-5/8” x 5-1/2” vents were shut-in. Within the cellar, this annulus was also plumbed into a 2” flexible hose which appeared to link each of the vents to a 2100-gallon poly tank. Left @ 15:10. There were no violations at this time.

117H: 5-1/2” gauge: 467 psi (digital)

53H: 5-1/2” gauge: 427.6 psi (digital)
54H: 5-1/2” gauge: 433.1 psi (digital)
68H: 5-1/2” gauge: 410 psi (digital)
50H: plugged well, gravel-filled cellar, one candy cane vent. Monitored for methane: 0% (Altair 5X calibrated 7/5/17).
51H: 5-1/2” gauge: 377 psi (digital)
52H: 5-1/2” gauge: 560 psi (digital).

Left @ 15:10

2815971 Primary Facility 2018-12-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Weather was 35° and cloudy at time of inspection. There were no Seneca resources representatives on location at time of inspection. Well had digital pressure monitoring equipment attached to the production casing and the production tubing. Casing pressure was 385 psi and tubing pressure was 259 psi at time of inspection. There were 3 annulus vents plumbed to surface at time of inspection. The 20x13 and 13x9 annulus had 0% combustible gas detected. The 9x5 annulus had 15% methane detected at time of inspection. No violations were noted at time of inspection.
