2447767 Primary Facility 2015-12-23 Site Restoration No Violations Noted At the time of the inspection, the two wells onsite were in production. The well site is well vegetated and can be considered permanently stabilized but does not meet the PCSM (Post Construction Stormwater Management) plans or the restoration requirements. The well site has not been returned to approximate original contours as depicted in the plans. Please note the following statement "THIS IS A WELL PAD SITE. UPON THE ABANDONING AND CAPPING OF THE WELLS, THIS PORTION OF THE SITE WILL BE RESTORED TO ORIGINAL CONTOURS" at the bottom of the PCSM plan sheet does not change the requirement under Section 3216 (c) of the Oil and Gas Act." The Well Site Restoration Reports for the Shipman Goodwill Unit 1H (081-20840) and Shipman Goodwill Unit 2H (081-21237) contain no waste disposal information and are considered incomplete. No Violations Noted.
2517600 Primary Facility 2016-09-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived @ 13:20. Weather: hot. This was a routine inspection. There were no personnel on site. There two producing wells. Cellars were gravel filled. Each well’s 9-5/8” x 5-1/2” annular vent plumbed to a polytank :

Shipman Goodwill Unit 1H Top gauge: 680 psi (0-2000 psi, analog) 13-3/8” x 9-5/8”: no combustible gas detected (Altair 5X gas meter calibrated on 09/07/16). 9-5/8” x 5-1/2”: no combustible gas detected. Shipman Goodwill Unit 2H (injecting foam) Top gauge: 660 psi, 13-3/8” x 9-5/8”: no combustible gas detected (Altair 5X gas meter calibrated on 09/07/16). 9-5/8” x 5-1/2”: no combustible gas detected. Left @ 13:40.

2848909 Primary Facility 2019-03-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The site was snow covered and the temperature was -7 Celsius. Two wells staged for production. Methanol tanks in use near well heads. Water separators have no leaks. No violation noted.
