I entered the site at 12:30 off Coal Mine Road. At the time of the inspection 5 wells were in production. The well site has not been restored in accordance with the approved plans and the ESCGP expired on 3/29/2015. I recommend re-permitting the site to incorporate PCSM as required. No violation cited at this time. |
