I entered the DCNR Tract 100 D pad at 08:51 and began the inspection. At the time of the inspection, the DCNR 100 18H (081-20662), 20H (081-20660), and 21H (081-20659) wells were in production. The DCNR 100 19H was plugged on 10/23/2014 and the monument was visible at the surface in a cellar near the producing wells.

The well site remains at its originally constructed size and has not been restored but the infiltration basin on the southeast corner of the site has been installed as depicted in the PCSM (Post Construction Stormwater Management) plan in the ESCGP. The current ESCGP expired on 1/26/2016. The restoration assessment spreadsheet indicates the Notice of Termination and Well Site Restoration Report as pending and a return trip is planned. No well permits have been issued for this site since 2011.

The Department considers a well site to be restored under Section 3216(c) of the 2012 Oil and Gas Act when the oil or gas owners or operators meet the following:

2527465 Primary Facility 2016-10-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On October 13, 2016 at 11:10 am I conducted a routine inspection of Seneca’s DCNR 100 20H 50506 (081-20661) Plugged gas well in addition to (3) active wells in production on the D pad (081-20662, 081-20660, 081-20659). At the time of inspection; the 20H (plugged) has a 2” candycane vent coming up from the gravel filled cellar. I did a gas check with an Altair 5x gas meter at the vent; no gas. The other (3) wells are in production. All wells had both the swab valve open to digital pressure gauge at the production tree top (1100-1300PSI). All wells also had a digital gauge off of the production csg wing valve displaying almost the same pressure (1100-1300PSI); either no tubing ran or pressure regulating tool in the tubing string (& no packer). At the wellhead; backside of production casing (“9 5/8” x 5 ½”) annulus all open, tee’d together and venting to a tank next to the wells. Production lines out to GPUs are buried underground an run to units on the edge of the pad. There were condensate tanks on the pad fo
2613205 Primary Facility 2017-07-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection of unconventional well in production. No violations noted at time of inspection.
2806926 Primary Facility 2018-11-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Three wells staged for production and one well plugged. Three GPU units within containment. No leaks detected from production equipment. No violations noted.
