I entered the DCNR Tract 100 C pad at 08:31 and began the inspection. At the time of the inspection, the DCNR 100 15H (081-20537), 16H (081-20538), 17H (081-20539), and 90H (081-20632) wells were in production.

The well site remains at its originally constructed size and has not been restored according to the PCSM (Post Construction Stormwater Management) plan in the ESCGP. The PCSM plans call for the freshwater impoundment to be removed and an infiltration basin to be constructed on the south side of the well pad. The fresh water impoundment remains installed and the infiltration basin was never constructed. The current ESCGP expired on 1/26/2016. The restoration assessment spreadsheet indicates the Notice of Termination and Well Site Restoration Report as pending and a return trip is planned. No well permits have been issued for this site since 2011.

The Department considers a well site to be restored under Section 3216(c) of the 2012 Oil and Gas Act when the oi
