The site was snow-covered and in production. The PCSM has been implemented and vegetation couldn't be evaluated due to snow cover. Methanol and methanol/water solution were properly stored on containment. Overall, the site is in good condition. No violations noted.

2760211 Primary Facility 2018-07-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine inspection at COP Tract 728 Pad A on July 27, 2018. The well pad has a total of 6 producing Marcellus wells located on it. Each well is properly labeled. All well cellars were full of water and no bubbling was observed in any of the cellars. There are 6 GPUs onsite and (4) 400 bbl vertical produced fluids tanks located in secondary containment. Field screen reading within the produced fluids containment was 62.6 uS/cm. A few minor corrosion spots were observed on the exterior of the produced fluids tanks. Natural gas for sales leaves this well pad via (2) 6" flex steel lines traveling to COP Tract 685 Compressor Pad permitted under (ESX10-081-0015).

No violations noted.
