The well site is currently well vegetated and shows no signs of erosion. The well site remains at the originally constructed size and has not been restored as indicated in the permitted plans. The requirement under Section 3216 (c) of the Oil and Gas Act requires that "within nine months after completion of drilling of a well, the owner or operator shall restore the well site."

The water injection plumbing was covered in silver insulation material, gas and water were plumbed to the GPUs.
