2284981 | Primary Facility | 2014-07-07 | Complaint Inspection | No Violations Noted | Onsite I met with the complainant and representatives of Anadarko concerning erosion of the adjacent strip-cropped corn fields. Evidence of erosion was clearly visible leading from the edge of the field road southwest across the fields. Erosion appears to be caused when stormwater is conveyed down the field road (around the pad) and downslope. No erosion or signs of increased stormwater flow are visible on the pad surface or the fill slope above the road. |
2390743 | Primary Facility | 2015-07-14 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On 7/14/2015 I inspected the PCSM (Post Construction Stormwater Management) after being notified by the operator concerning its completion. I found the infiltration trench was constructed but substantially different than the approved plans. I recommend either the plans be modified to include calculations for the existing PCSM (if applicable) or construct the PCSM as designed. On 7/16/2015, Dan Harvey (DEP) and I returned and met with Anadarko representatives concerning the implementation of PCSM. Apparently, the plans used by the contractor were not the final approved plans after the permitting process was complete. Since the both operator and complainant are happy with the function and reduced footprint; the as-built PCSM will need to be modified to include calculations and plans which represent the current conditions. |
2578702 | Primary Facility | 2017-03-29 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Notice of Termination Inspection; 3/29/2017.
Dan Harvey (DEP) and I entered the site at 09:20. The current site conditions meet both the PCSM Plans and Site Restoration Plans and the site is permanently stabilized. The Douglas Kinley A 6H (081-20516) is on inactive status and has never been connected to pipeline. I recommend approving the Notice of Termination. I also recommend submitting the Well Site Restoration Report. No Violations Noted. |
2580780 | Primary Facility | 2017-04-07 | Administrative/File Review | No Violations Noted | Administrative inspection; 4/6/2017.
The Well Site Restoration Report (WSRR) was received on 4/6/2017 in response to my request on 3/29/2017. The well site is restored and the WSRR is approved. |
2850246 | Primary Facility | 2019-03-07 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Well site recently purchased by Beech Resources and it is intended to be put into production. One well is currently in inactive status. No production equipment on location. Site is sized approximately for production and maintenance. Site stable. No violations noted. |
