There were no ARD representatives on location at time of inspection. Well had digital pressure monitoring equipment attached to the tubing, the production casing and the Intermediate x production casing annulus vent. The monitoring equipment did not have a readout. There were analog pressure gauges attached to the production tubing, production casing and the annulus vent. The 0-6k psi gauge on the production tubing read approximately 150 psi, the 0-6k psi gauge on the casing read approximately 200 psi and the 0-6k gauge on the annulus vent read 0 psi at time of inspection. No violations were noted at time of inspection. |

No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The site is stable and well vegetated exceeding the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover. Temporary BMPs still remain.
There are a total of 2 producing wells and 1 regulatory inactive well located on this well pad. All wells are tagged with API/we’ll permit numbers. No bubbling within the cellars was observed. There are 3 GPU’s and 1 sand separator. Both GPUs and production fluid tanks were stationed in secondary containment. No violations noted. |
