There were no ARD representatives on location at time of inspection. There was a well tag present with the pad name and well number on it however there was no API number associated with the well on the tag. Well had one annulus vent that was plumbed to surface. Annulus vent was closed. There were no pressure gauges attached to the well cap or the annulus vent. 0% combustible gas was the tech that anywhere around the well at time of inspection. No violations were noted at time of inspection. |

COP Tract Pad C only. No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The site is stable and well vegetated exceeding the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover.
There are a total of 4 producing wells, 1 regulatory inactive status well, and 1 plugged well located on this well pad. All wells are tagged with API/well permit numbers. No bubbling within the cellars was observed. There are 4 GPU’s and 4 steel vertical production fluids tanks onsite. Both GPUs and production fluid tanks were stationed in secondary containment. No violations noted |
