At the time of the inspection the well site area was reduced on the south side of the pad and the two infiltration basins located north of the well pad were installed. Currently, the site does not have 70% vegetative cover and the vegetation is predominantly winter wheat (annual). I recommend the NOT for this E&S permit be denied. No Violations. |
