At the time of the inspection the well site area was reduced on the south side of the pad and the two infiltration basins located north of the well pad were installed. Currently, the site does not have 70% vegetative cover and the vegetation is predominantly winter wheat (annual). I recommend the NOT for this E&S permit be denied. No Violations.

At the time of the inspection a vac. truck was loading from the produced water tanks. The site contains three wells, a compressor, and associated processing equipment including production units and dehydration. The pad size has been reduced and the site meets the PCSM plan specifications. I recommend approving the Well Site Restoration Report and Notice if Termination. No violations noted.
