The Dale Bower Unit 1H was drilled and completed in 2011. The well pad area is well vegetated and no erosion was noted. The well site remains at its original size and has not been restored presumably because the Dale Bower Unit 1H (permitted in 2011 by Chief Oil and Gas) remains active. The Well Site Compliance Information Request reply (submitted 9/21/2015) says the well site was reclaimed and the NOT was to be submitted to the Department in September of 2015.The Department has no record of an ESCGP issued for the site. Please submit an ESCGP covering this disturbance.
