I entered the site at 10:15. The Well Site Restoration Report was approved on 1/13/2009. At the time of the inspection, the Graham 2 (081-20099) was in production. The well, production tank/containment, production equipment, dehydration unit, and compressor were all functioning and appeared to be in good condition. A swale conveying water from Mill Hill Road above was recently excavated/maintained since a heavy rainfall event this fall. I recommend stabilizing the swale with rock to provide scour protection and stabilization. The site is in compliance with restoration requirements. I left the site at 10:40. No Violations Noted.
