Lycoming County to conduct a routine inspection of a plugged gas well (API Permit#081-20058) in a field on the west side of Paulhamus Hill Rd. (41.314171, -77.141862). The well was drilled in 2007 by Range, plugged in 2012 (see well record and plugging cert on file for details.) The plugging certificate makes reference to a monument cap welded on top of the 9 5/8” casing. No vent or monument was discovered in the field; it must have been cut below grade. No issues found.
