Lackawanna County conducted March 1, 2017 at 11:45 am. The well is in a 3’ hole. There is a top joint of 7” coming up above grade, capped with a 2” pipe nipple welded in the cap, reduced down to a ½” bull plug. There was no gas detected outside the 7”. This well is likely plugged and there was no obvious immediate concern.
