This well is completed, in production, and has been connected to a pipeline. A well tag has been attached that is labeled with the correct DEP permit number. Production equipment has been set up along the southern edge of the pad. The well pad remains stabilized with rock.

Restoration of the site is nearing completion. The impoundments have been closed, and the contractor is now working on spreading out topsoil over the restored site. All but one of the enclosed tanks have been removed. Silt sock remains in place in all areas specified in the approved restoration plan. The Lott # 2H well is completed and has been connected to a pipeline. Production equipment has been set up along the southern edge of the pad. The well pad remains stabilized with rock. Well integrity appeared to be in good condition, with no signs of any leaks or spills at the site. Only some minor rust was noticed. The cellar was filled with water, no bubbles were seen. The casing gauge was reading 550 psi and the tubing was reading 434 psi. There was a foaming agent being injected into the well. The well was properly labeled and the Emergency Response sign was posted at the entrance to the site. There was a tall separator and a line heater running. There was also a tank contained in a lined, steel dike. There were also some other production facilities in use onsite.
