Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2002657 Primary Facility 2011-09-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2633483 Primary Facility 2017-09-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well was drilled in a former mining area off of Hamilton Porter Road in May 2010. No violations were noted during this inspection. On the previous inspection from 9/14/2011, it was noted that sediment fence had been left along the toe of the restored fill slope. No sediment fence was observed during this inspection, but vegetation was too high to verify that the fence has been removed.
