2562281 Primary Facility 2017-02-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well was drilled in an agricultural area off of Horatio Street in July 2008. The well remains equipped for production with a brine tank attached and has been tagged with the correct permit number. A bull plug has been installed in the brine tank drain valve. The three areas where groundhogs have been digging under the brine tank that were documented during the previous inspection on 4/12/2016 remain. The site has been graded to final contours and returned to its original condition as a farm field. The access was soft due to recent weather conditions but remains stable. The brine tank was approximately half full at the time of inspection. No violations were noted.
