A new site id sign needs posted with correct operator information. Wellhead has several area with severe corrosion where layers of steel are flaking off. All severely corroded pipes need replaced. I will reinspect this well in 2 weeks to determine compliance.

Well is connected to sales line producing on a 31 day chart. A new site id sign needs posted with correct operator information. Wellhead has several areas with severe corrosion where layers of steel are flaking off. All severely corroded pipes need replaced.

Multiple photos showing heavy corrosion on surface equipment that has not been fixed. Heavily corroded equipment has not been replaced, and The Department has not been contacted to discuss a plan to replace equipment.

2704373 Primary Facility 2018-03-13 Compliance Evaluation Outstanding Violations - Viols Req'd Reinspected well to determine compliance for Site ID Sign. Sign is attached to brine tank opposite side from the well and was not seen in previous inspections. Violation will be deleted. Outstanding violation for mechanical integrity remains.
2710018 Primary Facility 2018-03-26 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted Surface equipment with corrosion has been cleaned up and painted. Metal loss is still visible on previously identified pipe even though it has been painted. Operator needs to monitor this well to ensure that the measures taken has stopped the progressive corrosion.
