2336776 Primary Facility 2015-01-20 Administrative/File Review In Compliance with Policy Admin inspt as a follow-up to inspt record 2336594 for the reported release of <1 gal glycol.Upon receipt of spill report, Dept contacted Opr rep Richard Vrobel. Mr. Vrobel stated that the release occurred when the boiler overheated, causing the glycol to expand, subsequently pushing it out of the spill cap. The glycol fell onto the cement with a small amount traveling onto the frozen ground. The well-tender remediated the release within 15 minutes and the excavated materials were placed into a container to await proper disposal.The release occurred on 1-15-15 at approximately 0915 and was immediately reported to the SWRO. Mr. Vrobel left a message as a DEP repwas currently unavailable and called back later at which time a rep was then reached.No waterways reported to be affected.A FUI will be conducted.Dept requested Opr submit all disposal records & manifests upon final disposition of wastes & any pictures associated with this release to the Dept.Opr appears to be ICP at this time.
