Filter fence located topographically down gradient of site pad. During site inspection, no E&S or IW issues at the site. Conductor pipe (13¿) set at 34¿ (sanded in place). Water protection (9¿) set at 465 ft. and cemented with 160 sks of Class A. Plug was down at 5:30 pm with 15 bbls return. Basket was set at 126 ft. due to potential of loss of circulation with water recorded at 165 ft. (5 gpm), 285 ft. (20 gpm) and 395 ft. (10 gpm). Current depth was 1040 ft. PC was going to set surface casing (7¿) at 1220 ft
