Access road adequately rocked with bmp¿s installed according to plan. Recommend additional rock be added to turnouts and culvert outlets to prevent a possible pollution event. All bmp¿s on site installed and functioning accordingly. No accelerated ES issues noted. Pit properly lined and sustains adequate freeboard. Operator should continue to monitor all bmp¿s closely until final restoration is complete.
1925574 Primary Facility 2010-11-04 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted According to records, permit granted 9/30/10. Currently, PC Rig #1 contracted by Penn View. Filter fence located topographically down gradient of site pad. Pit was covered with 20 ml plastic. Permit present. No freeboard issues. Conductor pipe (13 3/8¿) set to 29 ft (sanded). Surface pipe (7¿) going set at 1179 ft. Stratigraphy consisted of coal, shale, sandstone, and limestone. Water recorded at 100 ft and 280 ft. Current depth was at 1029 ft. During site inspection, no E&S or IW issues at the site.
1986008 Primary Facility 2011-06-16 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, no E&S or IW issues at the site. Well tag present. Well head completed with 8 x 4 x 2 inch plumbing to production pipe. Separator showed 140 psi and 100 bbl brine tank (< 10 bbl).
