Snow cover prevented proper evaluation of site stabilization. The well pad appears to be restored and permanently stabilized. The well is properly labeled and equipped for production. A site ID sign and emergency response plan are posted. A well tag should be affixed to the well head. There are no violations being cited for this inspection.
