Pit containing 20 mil plastic. No freeboard issues. Based on site conditions, no indication of IW issues at the site. Well sign and E&S plan located at entrance way of site pad. No E&S issues at the site. No leaks around well head.
1839356 Primary Facility 2009-10-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, the well was drilled, not yet in production. Site was properly signed with E&S plan available for review. Pit was properly constructed and sustained a 2ft freeboard. Filter fabric fence was properly installed and functioning. The entire well site was temporary reseeded. No accelerated E&S issues were noted in relation to well site or access road.
1905390 Primary Facility 2010-08-11 Site Restoration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was drilled, in production, and properly tagged. According to WRAC records received by the dept drilling completed on 09/09/09. The site was restored, noted that some vegetation was utilized, but restoration method included mostly rock; site and access road appear to be permanently stabilized. Brine tank sound. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation or industrial waste issues observed.
