Well sign and E&S plan present at the entrance of site pad. Site pad was completed. E&S controls were implemented. Drilling company in process of setting conductor pipe. Current depth was at 30 ft. Pit aligned with 20 mil and no freeboard issues. At the time of inspection, no E&S or IW issues.
1857985 Primary Facility 2010-01-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling had been completed at the time of the inspection. Below grade pit containing drill cuttings and some drill fluids and an above grade pit holding fresh water were located onsite. Both of the pits had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. The operator should conitnue to monitor the erosion controls to insure they continue to function properly until final restoration activities are completed.
