2448606 Primary Facility 2016-02-10 Routine/Complete Inspection In Compliance with Policy At time of inspection, well drilled and appears to be equipped for production. According to records, drilling occurred 3/16/2006-3/21/2006. Well tag present, legible. Faint gas odor noted. Brine tank appears sound; however, pipe leading into brine tank from well apparatus appears to have disconnected at a joint. No active leaks and/or discharges detected.

Department unable to adequately inspect access road due to snow-cover. Although well site snow-covered, no obvious signs of any accelerated erosion and/or sedimentation issues noted. During inspection, Department contacted Operator representative Denton Barrett via phone and left a message. Mr. Barrett returned the Department’s phone call at 1108. The Department notified Mr. Barrett of the observations of a disconnected pipe. Mr. Barrett stated that the well no longer produces brine into the tank and that a representative would be sent to the location to follow-up on the Department’s observations.
