1891058 Primary Facility 2010-06-08 Site Restoration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was drilled, properly tagged, and in production. Access road was stable. Site was adequately and uniformly restored with a minimum of 70% vegetative cover. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues were noted in relation to well site or access road. Brine tank appeared sound. Noted a faint gas odor while onsite. It is recommended that operator continue to closely monitor shared access road between all wells.
