2447693 Primary Facility 2016-02-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection, well drilled and appears equipped for production. According to records, drilling occurred 2/04/2000-2/09/2000. Brine tank appears sound, located on plywood base.

Well label present on brine tank. Department recommends Operator install well tag on well in a legible, visible, and permanent manner as per current regulations. Although site and access road snow-covered, no apparent signs of any accelerated erosion and/or sedimentation concerns observed during this inspection.
