2345695 Primary Facility 2015-02-20 Complaint Inspection No Violations Noted According to well records, well was drilled on 5/28/82 to a depth of 3671’. Well was not producing since 2012. Stewart submitted to PADEP and approved on 10/23/12 an Alternate Method of plugging a well. The 2” pipe collapsed at 200 ft. An attempted was made to plug well in 2013. However, the well was not plugged according to Stewart Drilling. The well will be plugged in the spring/summer of 2015. Currently, the gas well is being vented through the Brine Tank. Well tag was present but with wrong ID number. Landowner has been notified of the venting of gas well and plugging schedule.
2420219 Primary Facility 2015-09-14 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Well was plugged according to DEP regulation. Well was plugged to surface with Class A cement. Pit aligned with plastic. No issues at the site..
2780697 Primary Facility 2018-09-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection conducted in response to an NOI to Plug a Well received by Department. At time of inspection well appears to be plugged. Vegetation appears to have reached greater than 70% uniform vegetative growth. Access road and site appear restored and returned to near original contours. Access road gate remains. Department recommends operator remove access road gate due to the fact that well has been P and A.
