1873412 Primary Facility 2010-03-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Based on record, permit was approved on 7/11/80. Well installed on 11/8/80 to a depth of 3842 ft. Access road in poor condition and needs repaired from water drainage and ruts in access road. No well tag present. Well completed with 8¿ pipe reduced to 4 ¿pipe reduced to 2¿ production pipe and 3shut off valves. Production equipment consists of 50 bbl brine tank (25 bbl). Lid was missing from tank. Wellhead showed moderate corrosion. It appears that gas is flowing into brine tank. Gas odor located in and near brine tank. Heater present but off-line. Poor drainage occurring around well head and brine tank. At the time of inspection, no IW and E&S issues at the site.
