Mr. Adamo stated he would check his records and follow up with Deparment.
Erected monument is an approximate 10 foot vent pipe. No well tag present. Department recommends Operator place permit number in a permanent manner on the vent pipe. No E&S issues observed on shared access road. No E&S issues observed at site, located under a power line. A follow up inspection will be conducted at a later date. |

Operator Rep Sandy Adamo e-mailed Department on 2-4-16 to follow up on updating well status. Operator stated that plugging of well was not complete. As a result WQS is referring to OGI Supervisor Ed Ritzer for appropriate follow up by OGI. Per previous inspection no surface violations were observed. However, violation(s) may be forthcoming pending OGI follow up report regarding incomplete plugging of well. |
