| 2688310 | Primary Facility | 2018-01-26 | Preoperation Inspection | No Violations Noted | On Friday, January 26, 2018, I conducted a pre-operation inspection at the Dragon Chan Well Site located in Springhill Township, Greene County. The inspection was conducted as a result of an operator request in accordance with Section 3258(a.1) of Act 13, The Oil and Gas Act. Mr. Jamie Davis representing EQT Production Company was also present during the inspection.
The Act 9 sign was clearly legible at the site entrance and all required documentation was available on-site. The access road and the well pad were in good condition. At the time of the inspection, stone was being graded onto the well pad. Upon finishing the well pad, more stone will be added to the access road. All E&S BMPs were installed and appear to be functioning as intended. At the time of the inspection, a crew was activly working along the perimeter maintaining the E&S controls.
