Along the left side of the access road an erosion rill was observed(see photographs). It is recommended that the rill be repaired once weather allows. The site overall was well vegetated and stable. There were no other signs of erosion of observed. The E&S controls appeared to be in good condition and functioning. There were no violations observed at the time of inspection.

The site was well vegetated and there were no signs of erosion observed. All BMPs appeared to be well-maintained. Seven spud wells were observed. There were no violations observed at the time of inspection.
