2419002 Primary Facility 2015-10-05 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Conductor (20-inch) plugged on 10/1/2015. Conductor pipe left in borehole and cemented to surface.
2419004 Primary Facility 2015-10-05 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Well spud on 10/1/2015. Operator set and cemented 26-inch conductor pipe at 40 ft.
2419008 Primary Facility 2015-10-14 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Operator set and cemented 18 5/8” casing @ 317’ on 10/14/2015. Basket placed @ 158’. Cement did not circulate to surface by the displacement method. Operator determined the top of cement @ 112’. Operator ran tubing to the top of cement and pumped 30 bbls of cement fill the annular space to surface. Operator will be required to follow the casing and cementing lost circulation regulations § 78.83b. Operator will run cement bond log to confirm integrity of cement bond.
2419011 Primary Facility 2015-10-16 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Rig Orion 17. Operator drilled a 17 ½” borehole to 1,132’ and set and cemented a 13 3/8” coal protective casing casing @ 1,050’ on 10/16/2015. Coal protective casing was cemented to surface. Pittsburgh coal seam @ 966’ – 972’.
2430911 Primary Facility 2015-10-29 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Rig Orion 17. Unable to retrieve stuck BHA due to formation conditions. A cement plug was set from 1,633’ to 1,012’ on 10/26/2015. Operator sidetracked and is re-drilling the intermediate portion of the borehole. Currently tripping into hole.
2430917 Primary Facility 2015-10-22 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Rig Orion 17. Operator attempting to remove stuck bottom hole assembly (BHA). BHA is stuck due to formation issues.
2430923 Primary Facility 2015-11-03 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Rig Orion 17. Intermediate casing (9 5/8”) was set @3,176’ and cemented to surface on 11/2/2015. Casing shoe TD = 3,176’. Drilling ahead @ 4,311’. Conduct site inspection. Site ok.
2617379 Primary Facility 2017-07-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Thursday, July 20, 2017, I conducted a routine-complete inspection of the Harden Farms Well Site located in Morris Township, Greene County.

The Act 9 site ID sign was in place and clearly legible at the site entrance and all required documentation was available on-site.

The access road and the well pad were in good condition and the site is stabilized with perennial vegetative growth. Some lighter growth was observed around the impoundment although according to the plans, more work will be conducted in this area in the future. Some filter sock was observed in various places around the site. The operator might consider re-evaluating the vegetative growth in the various areas to determine whether the filter sock should be removed or not.

The secondary containment structure around the production tanks appears to be in good condition and functioning as intended. The gas wells appear to be in good working order and are each labelled as required.

No violations were identified during the inspection.

2632923 Primary Facility 2017-09-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well is properly identified and is equipped for production. Well is equipped with sand buster, production unit, and 400 bbl production tank. Production tank is located in diked area. 100 bbl sand buster/trap tank also on location.
2720283 Primary Facility 2018-04-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department is unable to observe the wellhead. The well is located below grade in a well cellar covered by a steel plate. The well is producing.

The operator has spud three new wells on site. The operator was installing well cellars at the time of the inspection.
